2. Return and Refund Policy
Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We are happy to accept returns for a change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:
You must notify us and initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Items must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. All original tags, labels, accessories, and instruction manuals must be intact.
If an order has already been dispatched and is in transit, and the customer requests a return due to a change of mind before the delivery timeframe has been exceeded, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
A full refund shall be processed after the order has returned to the warehouse for inspection, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Exceptional for a multi-cat household We have three cats, and the Pet Buds automatic litter box has made daily life so much easier. I purchased this after having it recommended to me and I was not disappointed. My cats took to it immediately, it works as described, no more scooping! If I had to mention one gripe it would be the noise when it's self-cleaning. It startled my cats when they first heard it, but they get used to it. Also it weighs your cat every time they go, very handy. Being able to monitor how often they go was VERY handy when one of mt cats got a urinary infection recently. Buy one, you won't regret it!!!

Moose wakes me up at night to scoop his litter box. If his sister QT uses it first I have to clean it for him then again when he’s done. Meows at the bedroom door for as long as it takes to wake me up. We have had our litter pod for a couple of weeks now. So far both cats have used the pod, not all the time but at least one of them once a day/night. Moose doesn’t yell at me after he’s used it so that’s a bonus. They do have other regular boxes to use too.

Absolutely love it! We’ve been using it for about five months now and honestly wish we had bought one sooner. Delivery was super quick, setup was easy, and our cat started using it almost straight away. It’s quiet, keeps the smell under control and has completely taken away the daily scooping. The waste drawer is easy to empty and the app is really handy too. I also love that Petbuds has actual phone support, so there’s a real person to call if you ever need help. Definitely one of the best things we’ve bought for our cat!
The little box is great. It repeatedly stalls and performs the function twice as seen in the video. The bag full remains constantly on and despite cleaning the sensors this remains. The fresh function causes stalling and automatic cleaning also. Advise on what to do would be great.
