2. Return and Refund Policy
Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We are happy to accept returns for a change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:
You must notify us and initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Items must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. All original tags, labels, accessories, and instruction manuals must be intact.
If an order has already been dispatched and is in transit, and the customer requests a return due to a change of mind before the delivery timeframe has been exceeded, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
A full refund shall be processed after the order has returned to the warehouse for inspection, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

Absolutely love it! We’ve been using it for about five months now and honestly wish we had bought one sooner. Delivery was super quick, setup was easy, and our cat started using it almost straight away. It’s quiet, keeps the smell under control and has completely taken away the daily scooping. The waste drawer is easy to empty and the app is really handy too. I also love that Petbuds has actual phone support, so there’s a real person to call if you ever need help. Definitely one of the best things we’ve bought for our cat!
The little box is great. It repeatedly stalls and performs the function twice as seen in the video. The bag full remains constantly on and despite cleaning the sensors this remains. The fresh function causes stalling and automatic cleaning also. Advise on what to do would be great.

Best litter box ever!!!!!!!!! I was a bit nervous buying an automatic litter box, but honestly this has been great. It arrived faster than I expected and setup was pretty simple. My cat used it on the first day, which was a big relief because she can be a bit picky with new things. I still kept the old tray nearby for a little while just in case, but she kept going back to the Petbuds one. the best part is not having to scoop every day. The laundry smells cleaner, there’s less mess around the tray, and it just makes the whole routine easier. Really happy with it

I’m really happy with my Petbuds. The delivery was much faster than I expected, and their customer service was very helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. The machine itself works really well, and my cat started using it without any issues. I also tried their odour eliminator, and it has made a big difference. There is no bad smell around the litter area now. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend it to other cat owners.
My ragdoll cat really likes it! She was a little curious at first, but started using it pretty quickly. It is much quieter than I expected, and it does not scare her at all. The biggest difference for me is that the area around the litter box is much cleaner than before, with less mess on the floor. The design also looks nice and modern, so it fits well in the room.

This is great for keeping the litter clean and on top of the smells. Particularly great if you have dogs who are keen to help clean up the litter box and a cat who is hopeless at covering up! Problem sorted! Occasionally it will stop auto cleaning but is corrected easily by resetting. Customer service was great when this first happened and replied promptly to my email enquiry. Overall, I’m very happy. Easy change of the bag when it starts to get full, wipe out of the inside and top up of the litter and away you go. My kitten got used to it fairly quickly. We had her old box nearby during the transition.
This is my third automatic litter box, and Petbuds Pro is my favourite so far. The waste bag storage is much bigger than my previous ones. Before, I had to change the bag every 3 days, but now it lasts at least a week. I use Poowee litter and it has been great.
Swift delivery and a great product overall. I’ve been using the petbuds for about 3 weeks now and I’m really happy with it. The only downside for me was having to change from crystal litter to clumping litter, but apart from that, everything has been great. It’s easy to use, works well, and has definitely made looking after the litter box much easier. I’m currently changing the waste bag every 7 to 9 days, which is pretty convenient. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

So happy with this setup. The house feels a lot cleaner now and I don’t get that gross damp litter smell anymore. Sandy was straight onto it and seems pretty happy using it, so that’s a win for me. Honestly just glad I got it.
I used to have an open top litter tray from another brand and I honestly wasn’t a fan. The smell was pretty bad, litter ended up all over the floor, and I felt like I was changing the bag almost every day. This one has been so much better. It keeps the smell under control, the bathroom stays much cleaner, and it’s just easier to deal with. Really happy with it and I’d definitely recommend going for an enclosed one.
