2. Return and Refund Policy
Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We are happy to accept returns for a change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:
You must notify us and initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Items must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. All original tags, labels, accessories, and instruction manuals must be intact.
If an order has already been dispatched and is in transit, and the customer requests a return due to a change of mind before the delivery timeframe has been exceeded, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
A full refund shall be processed after the order has returned to the warehouse for inspection, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
- Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue so we can resolve it for you promptly.
- We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or a full refund (including any applicable original shipping costs) at our discretion, once the issue is verified.

Provide your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. Please note: Any return shipment sent without prior notice and contact will not be accepted.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and confirm the return eligibility.
- Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) to be returned to prevent damage during transit.

- Await Inspection: Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Return Shipping Costs:

This is fantastic value. 3 out of my 5 cats use this, so I change the bin once a week. Saves so much time constantly scooping and Iโll buy a second one to reduce the load on one machine. The APP is fun to see which cats have used it according to their weight.

After reading so many mixed reviews about automatic litter trays, I was a bit hesitant to buy one, but Iโm so glad we did. We inherited an indoor princess who has very high standards when it comes to her toilet. If there was even one wee in the tray, sheโd let us know about it! Since setting this up, sheโs taken to it straight away and absolutely loves it. The tray is surprisingly quiet, does a great job of cleaning itself after each use, and has made life so much easier. The app was simple to set up, and itโs nice being able to check when sheโs used it and when it needs emptying. The biggest surprise has been the smell (or lack of it!). The house stays much fresher, and Iโm no longer scooping litter multiple times a day. If youโre on the fence, Iโd definitely recommend it. Itโs been worth every cent, and our little princess clearly agrees! ๐๐ฑ

At the start my 8 month old kitty wasn't interested. When I turned off the automatic part for a few days she started going in doing her business. Now after a few weeks its like magic. She is so used to it. And once shes off the automatic part kicks in cleans it out. Super cool no scooping at all. And with the app we know when shes been in the toilet and how mucn she weighs too. I definitely recommend it to those cats who dont like the covered ones and are used to the open ones. And also its a bargain no need to get a expensive one.

The litter box is good. It doesn't always empty after a cat leaving and I have to physically turn off at the wall and turn back on for it to work. Happens at least once daily. Apart from that issue I am happy with the product and it is super easy to clean. Would be good if the base that the littler sits on was removable or replaceable to disinfect it properly.

The tilt of the โbowlโ doesnโt go forward enough to cover any poo/wee close to the front of the tray (I have tested this both with filling just over the max line and at the max line/ just under when itโs had a few uses). The โsifterโ is too wide at the back that, often if the clumps are smaller, they slide through - same for smaller clumps of poo. The litter binds around it but, they slip through this diagonal sifter which then means I have to manually clean this out anyway. The updates - I have tried 10+ times to update. It connects and does a movement back and forth like itโs emptying the tray and then says โtimed outโ. I have sat in front of the device to do this - in case my connection wasnโt close enough. But, I can walk to the other end of my house, manually get it to do an empty and it connects fine? I wish the base / material component was easier to clean too. This really holds smell and isnโt the simplest to clean and, takes a long while to try. I still have to keep a manual tray for 24-hrs when I do this clean to make sure itโs dry enough to use. Whilst I appreciate not having to empty a tray manually myself daily for my cat, I wouldnโt recommend this device again unless it has some significant upgrades.

It works but the touch screen has permanently turned on child lock and it wont do the latest updates at all and it sits right near our wifi router so im pretty disappointed and when i emailed for a return my emails just got sent back as the address is wrong

As a foster carer with many feline friends the Petbuds automatic litter is a game changer . Frees up my ti.e to do other things
Tilly was a bit wary of it at first, but got used to it in a day. The only thing bothering her was the noise. That soon passed.
Cat jumped in and started using it str8 away. Sometimes doesn't clean all out of it but once I press the button to do a second clean it does. Well worth the money.
