2. Return and Refund Policy
Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We are happy to accept returns for a change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:
You must notify us and initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Items must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. All original tags, labels, accessories, and instruction manuals must be intact.
If an order has already been dispatched and is in transit, and the customer requests a return due to a change of mind before the delivery timeframe has been exceeded, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
A full refund shall be processed after the order has returned to the warehouse for inspection, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Already had success with Petbuds Pro but found our 5kg kittens consistently wanting to go at the same time ๐คทโโ๏ธ They are predicted to grow to about 10kg. After reading so many mixed reviews about automatic litter trays, I was a bit hesitant to buy one, but Iโm so glad we did. We inherited an indoor princess who has very high standards when it comes to her toilet. If there was even one wee in the tray, sheโd let us know about it! Since setting this up, sheโs taken to it straight away and absolutely loves it. The tray is surprisingly quiet, does a great job of cleaning itself after each use, and has made life so much easier. The app was simple to set up, and itโs nice being able to check when sheโs used it and when it needs emptying. The biggest surprise has been the smell (or lack of it!). The house stays much fresher, and Iโm no longer scooping litter multiple times a day. If youโre on the fence, Iโd definitely recommend it. Itโs been worth every cent, and our little princess clearly agrees! ๐๐ฑ

I have 2 big fat old fluffy rag dolls, who are both very fussy! I was very sceptical about weather they would use this machine but they do! It so nice no longer needing to scoop poop daily anymore!! I use "fit Litter " in the machine and it works perfectly! Love it!

Great litter box!!! Only thing that has been an issue is my kitten (2.1kg) does some little #2โs that go through the sieve thing and not disposed. Using Michu peach and pride litter mix but will likely go back to Michu only as it smells nicer :)

The concept is great and the functions work well. The app works well and is easy to use, but the plastic grid that the litter sifts through gets pushed by the litter and comes out of position and has to manually be put back in. There is also not quite enough room for them to turn out without standing in their poo. But I have to say the communication with Petbuds when purchasing was great.

Does not fit long cate. Grills are too wide and keep smaller poo pieces in the tray. App is useless. Buttons right where you put the cat ramp. Not like the advertising . Delivery was slow, service didnโt know what was going on. Just would never deal with again unless I had to.

The litter box is good. It doesn't always empty after a cat leaving and I have to physically turn off at the wall and turn back on for it to work. Happens at least once daily. Apart from that issue I am happy with the product and it is super easy to clean. Would be good if the base that the littler sits on was removable or replaceable to disinfect it properly.

The tilt of the โbowlโ doesnโt go forward enough to cover any poo/wee close to the front of the tray (I have tested this both with filling just over the max line and at the max line/ just under when itโs had a few uses). The โsifterโ is too wide at the back that, often if the clumps are smaller, they slide through - same for smaller clumps of poo. The litter binds around it but, they slip through this diagonal sifter which then means I have to manually clean this out anyway. The updates - I have tried 10+ times to update. It connects and does a movement back and forth like itโs emptying the tray and then says โtimed outโ. I have sat in front of the device to do this - in case my connection wasnโt close enough. But, I can walk to the other end of my house, manually get it to do an empty and it connects fine? I wish the base / material component was easier to clean too. This really holds smell and isnโt the simplest to clean and, takes a long while to try. I still have to keep a manual tray for 24-hrs when I do this clean to make sure itโs dry enough to use. Whilst I appreciate not having to empty a tray manually myself daily for my cat, I wouldnโt recommend this device again unless it has some significant upgrades.
