📞 1. Customer Service Representative (CSR)

You are the first point of contact for PetBuds, ensuring our customers and their pets have an exceptional shopping experience.

💡 We're looking for someone who is:

A Pet Lover: Basic understanding of pet care and products.
An Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A Problem Solver: Capable of handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints calmly and efficiently.
Patient & Empathetic: Understands and addresses customer needs and concerns.
Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
Handle inquiries regarding orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to resolve shipping issues.

📈 2. Marketing Specialist

You will help PetBuds expand its brand influence and attract more pet lovers.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

📦 3. Warehouse Administrator

You are the operational hero, ensuring products move smoothly from receiving to dispatch.

Handle inventory discrepancies and conduct regular stocktakes.

💻 4. Technician

You will ensure the stable operation of all PetBuds technical systems, including the website, internal software, and hardware.

Technically Skilled: Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Provide daily IT support (Help Desk), resolving staff hardware and software issues.
Maintain and update the company website and internal systems.
Manage and ensure the security and backup of company data.
