The C10 smart collar requires a 4G network to use its full range of features, like the live camera and data transfer. If the device loses network coverage, it will continue to search for an available network and will send location information as soon as it reconnects.

Q: Does the C10 require a subscription plan like other new products?

Absolutely not. Our C10 smart collar is subscription free. It uses data just like your phone, which means you can use a SIM card from any Australian provider. The product includes 300MB of complimentary data and a built-in Cloud SIM to get you started. Once that free data is used up, you can either insert your own SIM card or purchase more data directly through the app.

Q: How much data does the device use?

When you're only using the tracking and digital fence features, data consumption is very low. However, continuous use of the live camera will increase data usage, depending on how often and for how long you use it.

Q: How long does the battery last?

In standard tracking mode, the battery can last for up to 5 days. When continuously using the camera and live tracking, the battery will last for 2-3 hours. In standard mode, the device uses motion sensors to turn on and off only when your dog is moving, helping to conserve power.
